Yes! We will be monitoring the weather where you live and in CT. We will ship only when it is above freezing temperatures, we do pack our plants with insulation and with a heat pack to keep the plant warm while shipping. We do not guarantee they will make it alive but we absolutely will always do our best!

We are more than happy to help, use our contact page, email or message us at our number provided. Send a few pictures from up close, a couple inches away and a few feet away so we can help as best as possible. We may also ask you a series of questions to get to the “root” of the problem!

The best way to tell if your plant is ready to be watered is ALWAYS by sticking your finger in the soil and feeling the moisture levels of the soil. Every plant is different. Some like to dry slightly in between waterings, which means the first inch of soil should not feel moist to the touch. Some plants like to moderately dry out in between waterings which means when you stick your finger in the soil, it should be dry at least half way to the bottom of the pot. Then some like to completely dry before watering, so the soil shouldn’t be moist at all before its next watering. As you get to know your plant and what they like and how often they like to be watered, you can also learn how to tell how dry or wet a plant is by the weight of the plant in its pot.

With everyone I will always say, going on the ASPCA website is the best way to get accurate information on which plants are pet safe and which are not.
